Using four Sangoma S500 phones. All using the same template in the Endpoint Manager. I setup the four keys on the right side of the screen to be BLF keys for each phone. On two of the phones all four BLF keys are showing. On the other two phones, they are missing the BLF key that would point to their own phone. Any idea why they would be missing thei BLF key. I understand that there is no use for it since it points to themselves, but why do two of the phones show them but the other two do not?

Thank you! They are were all set to “none” but for some reason I needed to set the two offenders to “no substitution” to solve the problem. Thanks again.
