I have some Cisco 509g phones and 2 have the SPA 500s attached to them. I have BLF set up on them which are all green but when anyone calls or gets a call the light stays green. Normally they should blink red and then go solid red, but I can’t figure out why they aren’t updating the status. Any help would be appreciated.
You need to tell us FreePBX version, Asterisk version, how it was installed (if distro which on) and how the peer and phone are programmed.
