Blank page on new Call Recording reporting tool

Hi

We’ve just purchased an enabled the new call recording reports feature in freepbx.

When we go to Reports > Call Recordings, we just get a blank page. No Freepbx logos, just a blank page.

Any suggestions as to why this might be?

Hi, I’m experiencing the same issue. I’ve updated my licence but going to the Call Recording Report page is resulting in a HTTP 500 error.

Has there been any update on this? I am getting the same thing.

tail -f /var/log/httpd/error_log

Get it to show the blank page and then post the errors here.

Same problem. Our call recording module is 2.11.0.3. On another box we purchased the paid-for module but it also gets a HTTP 500 error.
