Best way to direct queue calls to remote workers?

Hey everyone,

My team has been working remotely lately. Our main line if you hold goes to our sales queue, only if someone is logged into it in the office. When we work from home we use our cell phones, and use follow me to send calls to us, and DISA to place calls.

What would be the best way to direct calls from the queue to users cell phones? Just use follow me and then keep them logged in? I just tested it and that did work but the issue is that if you reject the call on your cell phone, it sends the queue call to your cell phone voicemail… I guess I could tell it to only ring an agent for 5 seconds or so, so that way the mobile phone won’t auto go to voicemail. Is there any better way without using softphones?
