Most of my extensions are configured to detect faxes and route them to email. In each extension, they are set to detect faxes via DAHDI, but I have Fax Detection set to “No” in DAHDI Config Global Settings (I have a TE134 PRI Card). This configuration seems to work for the most part, but I occasionally get faxes that ring through to the extension undetected.
Would it be more reliable to turn on Fax Detection in DAHD Config? Or to do something completely different?
