We have a couple of customers who have IVR’s set up that require dialing *XXX (sequence of numbers) or #XXX (sequence of numbers). We’re running FreePBX 2.1.3 on a Trixbox 1.2.2. What appears to be happening is that Asterisk is intercepting those sequences as internal functions and not passing all or any of the digits along on the remote system. I’ve tried disabling automon and all other features in features.conf to no use… Anyone run into this issue and have a workaround?
