Beating a dead horse - after Freepbx restore, Caller ID is [email protected] for all users

I’ve restored a freepbx database to a Freepbx managed server. My caller id for all extensions only shows [email protected]

This has been discussed, and a known work around of clicking submit for each extension clears up the issue, but my hand starts cramping up after about 200 extensions, with 200 more to go. Is there a method to programatically correct this? IE, by touching a field in each extension’s mysql entry, and then updating? Or some modding of the post information on the submit button for each extension via a script?
