Banned IP's

Clean install of the latest distro 4.211.64-2, fully updated.

System Admin -> Intrusion Detection -> Banned IP’s still shows:

0.0.0.0/0
0.0.0.0/0
0.0.0.0/0
0.0.0.0/0
0.0.0.0/0

Clearing this list and submitting does not fix it, these five entries come back after a few seconds…

What is causing this, are you aware of this bug, and is there a resolution already?

This is a bug. It has been reported. I do not think fail2ban is relly blocking these addresses.
