Bad extension

Hi all,

I hope someone can help. An extension got created in freepbx something like 1234#1 the problem is I am unable to remove this extension as it makes the free pbx page hang. How can this be removed manually?

You could remove it from the MySQL tables.

Is it safe just to remove it from everywhere in the database?

Is there any other files this might be lurking???
