Backups to Windows shared folder

Hello guys,

im trying to setup automatic backus from FreePBX to one of my shared folders on a Windows 7 based computer with no luck…

Can you please help me on how to achieve this??

That is not possible as there is no SAMBA option, but you can use FTP. Set up an FTP server on the Windows machine and add all of the settings and credentials under admin->Backup & Restore-> Servers. Select this server when you create a new backup.

I was able to create a FTP server using Filezilla on my windows box…

now, i dont know if im doing something wrong, but FreePBX is not transferring anything to the FTP server…

i created a specific user for ftp server, configured it on the New FTP server option in FreePBX and when i run the backup, nothing happens…

can you please help me??

Hi, i was able to fix my issue regarding FTP Backups…

Seems to be i needed to add a rule on the Windows Firewall for Filezilla…
