Backups failing - Backup completed with errors

Have been noticing some PBX’s fail to backup. Get email like:

September 30, 2018, 12:00 am - Backup Lock acquired!
September 30, 2018, 12:00 am - Running pre-backup hooks…
September 30, 2018, 12:00 am - Adding items…
September 30, 2018, 12:01 am - Building manifest…
September 30, 2018, 12:01 am - Creating backup…
September 30, 2018, 12:02 am - Storing backup…
September 30, 2018, 12:02 am - Saving file to remote ftp
September 30, 2018, 12:02 am - Unable to upload file to the remote server
September 30, 2018, 12:02 am - Trying to upload /var/spool/asterisk/tmp/20180930-000002-1538280002-13.0.195.12-224399723.tgz to /hostname1/Daily/20180930-000002-1538280002-13.0.195.12-224399723.tgz
September 30, 2018, 12:02 am - ftp_put(): Opening BINARY mode data connection for /hostname1/Daily/20180930-000002-1538280002-13.0.195.12-224399723.tgz
September 30, 2018, 12:02 am - Running post-backup hooks…
September 30, 2018, 12:02 am - Backup completed with errors!

This behavior happens in both FreePBX 14 and 13

When run by hand backup doesn’t fail.

Backup Lock acquired!

Adding items…
Building manifest…
Creating backup…
Storing backup…
Saving file to remote ftp
Backup file uploaded to the remote server
Running maintenance…
Running post-backup hooks…
Backup successfully completed!

The automated backup size was: 150276 Sep 29 23:47 20180929-234501-1538279101-14.0.3.17-1068972240.tgz

The manually run backup size is: 158433340 Sep 30 11:04 20180930-110324-1538319804-14.0.3.19-2061226684.tgz

Try to delete and re-create the backup job.
