Backup logs being sent by email as an attachment or inline are absent. Under Edit Backup → Notifications –> Inline Logs → Yes , I receive a blank email. Edit Backup → Notifications –> Inline Logs → No , I receive no attachment.
Email works in all other cases for example voicemail to email are sent as attachments and are received and playable.

Many mail services have a size limit set, you should check that
This is just the log file, about 10KB. Not the backup itself which is over 40MB.
This was working until I upgraded to FPBX16.
After I run a backup the last line shows…

… I get the email but it’s blank.
cd /var/log/asterisk/ and made sure that backup.log is present.
“fwconsole chown” to set proper file permission did the trick.
