Backup failed

ttsengines returned no data

'ive just start backup , but 'it’s failure , i think , this is last string table

Hi
have you tried to check local drive? maybe your backup is there and you can see the file size.
/var/spool/asterisk/backup

if not there i will suggest you to upgrade your modules maybe backup module is old and with issue.

so , i’m looking for on that folder and i’vent found it , i would like upgrade version from 15.0.24 to the latest version available but before i’d like to save a backup configuration , when i trying to do it a backup result is ok , but my destination folder is empty .

Could give a suggestion to solve it ?

I can see at my FreePBX below Backup module version, Local and SMB backup works.

[root@pbx-customsupport ~]# fwconsole ma list | grep backup
| backup | 15.0.21.4 | Enabled | GPLv3+ | Sangoma |

Try to use same version,

fwconsole ma downloadinstall backup --tag 15.0.21.4

Could give me a solution about it ?

I should upgrade the version which is obsolete, but the upgrade doesn’t solve this error? Right ?

What about your Backup module did work or not?
and Which version you are seeing ? pass here pls

fwconsole ma list | grep backup

Try now to run backup for for your local disk. and then check in
/var/spool/asterisk/backup

yes you can fix that message. So where you are seeing ?
and you are planing to use SmartOffice Module ?
if not just remove it.

You can remove sangomaconnect but maybe will ask you to remove +2-3 modules together.

fwconsole ma uninstall sangomaconnect
fwconsole ma delete sangomaconnect

I think after uninstall sangomaconnect module you have never seen it again.
But maybe you need to uninstall or stop some other modules… ( i don’t remmember which modules you need to uninstall with sangomaconnect) you have to try
