Backup Connection - VOIP not recognizing IP


When my backup connection comes up I can’t use my VOIP, there’s not authentication with the backup’s IP. What can I change on configuration to allow VOIP use those 2 IPs connections?


You did not provide a lot of info on your system and how it is setup but the short answer is that you need to change the IP address that FreePBX uses in SIP settings. You can’t put 2 addresses there however.
