Backup and Restore Module missing High Availability option

I am trying to figure out the best way to configure two servers for a high availability environment. I have a primary server and a backup server. What is the best way to “sync” these two servers? I have googled and noticed mention to the article http://www.freepbx.org/news/2010-05-30/high-availability-backup-and-restore however, unless I am blindly missing something my backup & restore module does not include this feature…

As I assumed I was in fact blindly missing the option. Once I went through the steps of setting up a ssh server a new new backup I noticed the option “backup server” where you choose the backup server to sync with and then from there you are presented with the “restore here” option.
