For the Backup and Restore module, I have a backup for the CDR and Voicemails. When restoring, I am unclear which option will allow the restoring of the CDR. Voicemails are easy since it’s the “Restore System Recordings Files” link.
Never mind. When CDR is backed up, there will be a separate option for that when FreePBX examines the file containing the CDR. My mistake was assuming one of my older backups had the CDR in it which it didn’t and thus didn’t have the option of restoring CDR.
