Backing UP IVR and configuration from Shell Comman to CD

How do you execute a shell command to CD for my IVR’s and configurations so I can backup my existing setup for reinstallation on a clean install.

You need to always tell us what version of FreePBX and what kind of system it is installed on.

You can use the built in backup module then copy the file to a CD. You would have to use whatever Operating System you are running to actually burn the file. That is not a FreePBX issue.

I can’t get to see what it is as my GUI is down in previous post. Its at least the freepbx 2.10, running centros 5.7
