While I think there are a ton of new features and I have gone ahead and updated to 2.3 there is something that I have noticed. If you use the VmX IVR configuration I cannot seem to point it to a specific main IVR. I noticed that if this feature is activated and you happen to have more than one IVR system, when the caller presses 0, it goes to the first IVR system it sees (this happens to be alphabetical. The work around I had to do was to rename the IVR systems so that the order appeared how I wanted it answered. It would be nice if you could specify in the VmX IVR where the Operator would be or to a ringgroup or something. I saw in the general settings where you could point the operator to an IVR or ring group, but what do you do if you have more than one group?
