Axis A8004

I have the Axis A8005 calling a ring group and can answer with video just fine. But when I call the Axis A8004 I only get audio. I am selecting video call when calling. Any ideas??

How do I apply this information to no video

Follow the instructions to capture a log as you make a call. That will give additional details on what the issue may be.
