I just asked for a Zend Reset for a server that I just moved into it’s permanent home - Sent in at 22:28 MST and at 22:35 MST I got back that it had been reset!!!

I was expecting it in the morning! You guys (and gals!) ROCK!

One of the benefits of having coworkers and customers literally around the world. It’s probably business hours for someone no matter what time you open your ticket.

I thought @dolesec stayed awake and answered tickets 24 hours per day.

That’s a myth. Chris has an R2 unit that does all the hard work.
