Automatically conference a third party

I’m quite new to FreePBX and am hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

I need to find a way to automatically dial a third party and conference them into the call (preferably listen only) when a specified extension is called.

Is this something I can accomplish with Dialplan or is there another feature on FreePBX that can do this?

Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

There is no way to do that using FreePBX. But, if you find someone who can program Asterisk, anything’s possible.
