Automatic notification of Emergency Outgoing Calls?

Is anyone aware of a Free PBX module that would allow leaders of an organization to receive notification if someone in their buildings called 911? For example, if a HS teacher called 911 using a school phone the principal and superintendent would receive a message, either text or email, notifying them that 911 has been called? Thanks for any help.

Paging Pro has a feature that will page a group of phones anytime something like 911 is called and allow the paged phones to listen to the call and unmute themselves and take over the call.

This is a requirement in most schools. Email or Text is usually not enough as someone needs to be able to on the fly take over the call.
