Authentication Failed?

Hey everyone,

I’m a bit new at all of this, so you are going to have to have to forgive me if i’m missing something simple…

Anyway, I’ve got an account with TelIAX and can make out going calls w/o any problems. Its the incoming calls that breaks down. I’ve got a default catch-all route that should accept any CID/DID along with a DID specific inbound route. When I try calling, my phone will just act like its dialing and then hang up (its a cell phone). Below is the log file entry form the server. I’ve also included the trunk settings. Any help would be great.

Edit – I typed into the "log message’ block and now see nothing?

Here is what I put there…

Trunk Details:
Outbound
Trunk Name: telsip-outbound

allow=ulaw&alaw&gsm
auth=md5
context=default
disallow=all
host=voip-co4.teliax.com
nat=yes
qualify=yes
secret=(password)
type=friend
username=(my username)

Inbound:

User Context: telsip-inbound
allow=ulaw&alaw&gsm
auth=md5
context=from-trunk
disallow=all
type=user

The error log:

[Nov 18 19:13:59] WARNING[2852] chan_sip.c: username mismatch, have , digest has
[Nov 18 19:13:59] NOTICE[2852] chan_sip.c: Failed to authenticate user “Cell Phone PA” ;tag=as72b8daec
