Audiocodes 310HD provisioned with EndPoint Manager

I am provisioning AudioCodes 310HD and after configured the equipment have the following faults. When you redial any historical call it displays the following message on the “Calling 000” screen, I notice that configured manual does not happen.

The 310HD model is offline, but I managed to do a firmware update and fixed the fault, very good.
