I am trying to setup an IVR but when I try to convert my audio file in freepbx it fails to do so.
The audio file is already in a supported format but I am converting it because when I use it as is the recording does not play.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
And that format would be? There’s like six to choose from.

but I am converting it
Converting it from what format to what format?
How are you using it if you didn’t upload it via the System Recordings interface (which would do a conversion)?
Did you receive any errors or warnings or other output during this process? Was any other details/information provided after the attempt?
