If we use the transfer button to do a blind transfer the entire system works as expected.
If we use *2 to perform an attended transfer, it works as expected for normal internal extension. But if the user has Follow Me enabled with an initial ring time of 0 so that both the cell and desktop extension ring, the attended transfer returns to the receptionist after 3 rings. That doesn’t allow enough time for the outbound call to the cell.
How can the attended transfer timeout be increased when Follow Me is enabled?
