Attended Transfer Recording Options

Hi all,

First call -> Inbound call to extension A
Second call -> Hold the first call and make a call to extension B
Third call -> Transfer first call to extension B

In this scenario, i can’t record second call. MoH of first call is recorded instead of second call.

However, if i don’t transfer call to extension B, recording of second call is exist.

How can i record second call while making an attended transfer?

What are your recording rules, what are you recording on?

Hi @comtech,
I did not set any specific rules. All recording rules are default.

But, i solved to issue.

attended-rec-restart.php file was overriding to recording of second call.

I disabled this agi-bin file from macro-hangupcall context.
