I provisioned the phone internally and then changed the template from internal to external. External has my public IP, the port for provisioning, the user name and password. When it reboots it find the public IP and the sip port to register to, but won’t register. I have followed documentation correctly.
Most VoIP issues tend to be networking issues.
Read over this wiki page and check your network and NAT settings are set up correctly.
