AsteriskNOW 2 NIC CARD

HI,

I have a server installed with asterisknow and using 2 network adapters.
1 for LAN, using it for extensions and 1 for trunk.
They booth go to the same router, in different interfaces.Because the same ISP and SIP provider

eth0. Its OKAY with IP
eth1. seems to be okay. When you go* sudo nano ifcfg-eth0* its showes that its okay with ip, even if i goo system-config-network on the eth0 its okay.
But at the moment that you login with root: Interface eth1 IP; NO IP.

I also want the eth0 to be the default gateway to use for outgoing and incoming calls

I am by no means any kind of expert on this especially linux, but I will offer this. I had a similar configuration, I had to manually configure routes for my cards. then use System Admin, in asterisk web gui to configure the cards, here’s my route-eth1 file basically all this IP’s were for the local ISP, and everything else goes out eth0. hope this helps?

Hi ,

Actually the problem for the second nic card was in boot menu it should be ON.

Application-SystemAdmin-NetworkSetting-then choose the interface and select ON BOOT-YES
