Asterisk Statistics not populating after SG7 install

#1

installed a system fresh with SG7 and then applied a Ver 14 backup. Mysql freepbx user password for the cdr database was messed up, fixed that, now I don’t get Asterisk statistics or updated info in the dashboard.

did a crontab -l under askterisk:

@daily [ -x /var/lib/asterisk/agi-bin/update_license.php ] && /var/lib/asterisk/agi-bin/update_license.php --delay
52 3 * * * /usr/local/sbin/fwconsole certificates --updateall -q 2>&1 >/dev/null
*/15 * * * * [ -e /etc/asterisk/firewall.enabled ] && touch /var/spool/asterisk/incron/firewall.firewall
@daily /usr/local/sbin/fwconsole pms mk_dirty > /dev/null 2>&1

          • /usr/local/sbin/fwconsole pms wu_alert > /dev/null 2>&1
          • /usr/local/sbin/fwconsole queuestats --syncall >> /tmp/reader.log 2>&1
  • 3 * * * /usr/local/sbin/fwconsole util cleanplaybackcache -q
    18 6 * * 6 [ -e /usr/local/sbin/fwconsole ] && /usr/local/sbin/fwconsole ma listonline --sendemail -q > /dev/null 2>&1
    18 7 * * 6 [ -e /usr/local/sbin/fwconsole ] && /usr/local/sbin/fwconsole sys listonline --sendemail -q > /dev/null 2>&1
    @daily [ -x /var/lib/asterisk/bin/freepbx_sipstation_check ] && /var/lib/asterisk/bin/freepbx_sipstation_check 2>&1 > /dev/null
    */15 * * * * /usr/local/sbin/fwconsole userman --syncall -q
          • php /var/lib/asterisk/bin/vqplus_generate_periodical_events.php > /dev/null 2>&1
          • [ -e /usr/local/sbin/fwconsole ] && sleep $((RANDOM%30)) && /usr/local/sbin/fwconsole job --run --quiet 2>&1 > /dev/null

anyone have any idea what else I should check?

after sitting overnight the Asterisk statistics for “hour” will display and update however any longer period (day, week etc…) is still blank. All other statistics on the dashboard are fully populated for any timeframe

#3

ok, apparently no status are populated until the time period for them has past… in other words, you can’t see the day status until at least one full day has past. I guess I never tried this before although I don’t remember this being the case.

in any event, stats are no posting correctly it seems
