Asterisk Hangs Up Calls Too Early

I’m finding that Asterisk is hanging up incoming calls too early. I’m only getting about four rings before the call stops ringing on the phone. Now the line continues to ring on the cell phone I am testing on. But nothing on the Asterisk side.

I have tried turning up default ring time (Settings | Advanced Settings) to 60 seconds from the default 15 but there is no change.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Found it. I had setup a ring group to receive inbound calls. Ring groups have their own ring time. By default it is set to 20. Too short.

As a side note, this also let me fix a voicemail issue I was having. I had set the no answer destination to hang up. By setting it to the shared voicemail box I had setup, voicemail is now working.
