i have a big issue in my asterisk 1.6 + freepbx box.When ever i am calling from soft of hard (sip phone ) to any client.the call will connect as usual,but when the other end user is trying to reject (mobile),asterisk is again redialing for 3 or 4 times.after that all circuits are busy now getting.This i dont want.when ever a user reject a call,the moment asterisk should drop that call or channnel.please help me asap.I am in serious situation.
