I have been away from asterisk/freepbx for about a year now and am getting back into it. Does freepbx support asterisk 1.4 or is it 1.2 only?
I’ve been running Asterisk 1.4 (actually 1.4.11) and FreePBX 2.3 for some time and it is working quite well.
That said, Asterisk 1.4 is not ready for prime time but is getting better every day. FreePBX continues to address issues with 1.4 compatibility as they arise and these guys at FreePBX are doing an incredible job at belting out the code.
