Ast_add_extension2_lockopt: You have to be kidding

I’m seeing these errors in my logs:

[2024-06-17 16:32:24] ERROR[10204]: pbx.c:7350 ast_add_extension2_lockopt: You have to be kidding-- add exten ‘’ to context housekeeping-service? Figure out a name and call me back. Action ignored.

From what I have gathered in other searches is that they are the result of the PMS package – which I do not need.

I found instructions that said to run these commands…
fwconsole ma uninstall pms
fwconsole ma delete pms
fwconsole r

…but I can’t get past the first one. It fails with the error:
The following error(s) occured:

  • Cannot disable: The following modules depend on this one: oracle_connector

But I don’t see that connector module listed anywhere. I get basically the same error if I try to uninstall/disable PMS from within the GUI as well.

The artical I found that led me to those commands was a few years old. Is there an updated way to disable PMS?

Thank you

You need to uninstall/remove the oracle_connector before the PMS module. You can run the commands below to remove both modules from your system.

fwconsole ma remove oracle_connector -f
 fwconsole ma remove pms -f

Thank you. I ran those commands and they ran without error, but when I do an fwconsole reload I still get errors like these:

It doesn’t look like PMS was the issue after all. What else might cause such behavior?

This related to missedcall module , if you are not using then remove missedcall module.

fwconsole ma remove missedcall

This isn’t a solution, it’s a workaround. Your module has a dialplan bug.

What would be the dialplan bug, and how would I fix it? I’ve not manually edited any dialplan files directly.

I meant that the module has a bug and seems to be generating invalid dialplan.

Missed Call 17 module hasnt been thru QA yet.
