Zend Guard Loader requires Zend Engine API version 220090626.
The Zend Engine API version 220100525 which is installed, is newer.
Contact Zend Technologies at http://www.zend.com/ for a later version of Zend Guard Loader.

What platform are you using?

Based on the above information, the version of Zend Guard Loader you have installed is not compatible with the version of PHP you have installed. To add to that, while Zend does offer a Zend Guard Loader for PHP 5.4, we don’t offer commercial modules that are compatible with it yet. If you’d like to continue to use our commercial modules, you would need to use PHP 5.3 and the compatible Zend Guard Loader for the moment.

how do I fix it, can help me how to do to fix it back.??

Install php5.3 or remove all commercial modules. If you aren’t sure what’s commercial then run
