When we take our messages via the ARI page, it doesn’t update the phone and the flashing light is still on.
For example, someone leaves me a message. The light on the phone start flashing and I receive an email. I follow the hyperlink and log into the ARI page. I listen at the message on my computer and delete it directly on the ARI page.
The light on my phone still flash and will do so until I logg into the message menu on the phone. Then, the system tell me that I don’t have any message and the light goes off.
I have freepbx v. 2.8 and my phone is a Polycom 650.
Everything was working fine before the update to 2.8 .
Any suggestions ?
