I am trying a free trial of the appointment reminder before I buy. So far I can’t get it to work.
I have created a reminder, some recordings and added myself as a appointment for it to remind me of. It lists me as pending (until it gets to expired). But the reminder Status is NOT RUNNING!!!
What do I need to do to get the reminder into the running status? I really want to give this a try before we buy and want to buy but I don’t really want to pay for support to get something working that should be working in the first place! I am probably missing something small but I have no idea what!
