Apply config error

After upgrade SNG6 to SNG7 I can’t “Apply Confg”.
I receive error:
Error!
Error: Did not receive valid responce from server
XHR responce code 500 XHR responseText: undefined jQuery status error
AND pop-up message from above
Undefined index: data
file: /var/www/html/admin/functions.inc.php:279

How to fix it?
