Apply changes cuts calls

Hello!
Whenever we apply changes we cut calls.
Any ideas what maybe causing this?

DAHDi channels should not be cut as a result of that.

Do you get the same behavior if you type ‘module reload’ at the CLI (which is what FreePBX is doing, but it is doing it through the AMI interface which might have subtle differences.

Yes, I have checked logs and what I can see is that when I click apply changes I see dahdi channels are reloaded.
How can I change this?

have you check your logs ?
