Anyone know how to set this up so Paid Support can help me?

As per our ToS ( we require direct SSH access to deliver service on all support requests. We’re unable to do any VPN or Desktop Sharing. You must open SSH to your server from our IP If second level support is required, you may be required to open access from as well. Be sure to add these IP addresses to Firewall whitelists as appropriate, including the FreePBX Firewall.

Followed rules for SSH port forwarding from the link and updated portal deployment to match ssh port, anything i need to do before going back to them and asking them to connect?
