As per our ToS (https://www.freepbx.org/support-2) we require direct SSH access to deliver service on all support requests. We’re unable to do any VPN or Desktop Sharing. You must open SSH to your server from our IP 66.185.28.100. If second level support is required, you may be required to open access from 122.99.122.101 as well. Be sure to add these IP addresses to Firewall whitelists as appropriate, including the FreePBX Firewall.
