Anyone have video phone suggestions?

Looking at either

Grandstream GXV3000
OJOPhone PVP-900 (broadvoice is using them but I have seen them for sale in other places)

They are both about the same price about $225 US. Any anyone else seen better, less expensive phones?

For video you will not find anything cheaper.
Grandstream is as cheap as they come.
You also get what you pay for.

What would you suggest? is the video that much better than webcams to justify the price increase?
