Anyone have directions on getting a Snom M9 to register, using Endpoint Manager (commercial)?

I’ve got everything else going well with this, but I need to set up an M9 phone and its not registering for some reason. I tried setting it up using the Account 1 profile, matching the handset, then entering the extension and registrar info and using the both the “no specific PBX” and “Asterisk” options for the server type. EPM does see it ina netscan, and does allow me to add it to the list (and assign extensions), but I can’t get the phone to register. Anyone have any suggestions?
