I was interested in whether there were any good modules that I could install on FreePBX that would give me additional reporting features. For example it would be nice if I could see a breakdown of activity by extension during a specific time period in a single report. I can download the CSV and create my own reports obviously with a spreadsheet program like excel, but I would prefer something where my boss doesn’t have to do any thinking and can drop select a time period and get a report that gives him some numbers.
I am currently running FreePBX 2.8.1.4. Anything that is compatible I would be interested in giving a try.
