Anveo Direct setup

Hi all, please forgive me if this is a dumb question, but I have scoured Google unsuccessfully for days now.

I need some basic instruction on setting up an Anveo Direct trunk and DID for inbound/outbound calls.

I’ve followed the “sample configuration for Asterisk based systems” found on Anveo Direct’s FAQ page.

Inbound calls fail silently, and outbound calls give me an “all lines busy” message.

Anyone out there using Anveo Direct who can give me some tips?

Alternately, I’ve been considering trunking with Flowroute, as they appear to have better support, though at a higher price. Perhaps this is the route (puns!) to go?

Did you get the inbound working? I cannot get mine to work with their instructions? Thanks!
