Answering New Calls Drops Headset Connection

Hi,

We have this issue where if person A is on a call via headset, and person B answers another incoming call, person A’s phone drops the connection to their headset and must run back to their phone to hit the headset button again or pick up the handset. Any ideas on what the issue might be? Thanks in advance.

Headset - Plantronics WO2

What version of firmware do you have on the phone. The only other report of this was over a year ago and was fixed in firmware updates back then.
