The menu item of “module admin” is also missing.
Now what?
What is that manual method of fixing all this? One would think it would be in the “Module Documentation” of the documentation on this site, but I cannot find it anywhere.

Seems to be a deeper issue.
Found something I needed "/var/lib/asterisk/bin/module_admin " but more problems.
The following error(s) occured:
- Failed to run un-installation scripts
Also in httpd error log:
PHP Notice: Undefined index: rawname in /var/www/html/admin/functions.inc.php on line 660
Anymore ideas?
I was able to delete all the broken modules and did a “installall”
They are all back there, but still no module admin menu.
