I have a huge issue with a new server running asterisk 11. We have two providers (vitality and bandwidth). Calls to our DID’s on vitality are working just fine, two way audio and all (in and out bound). Calls OUTBOUND on bandwidth work just fine, two way audio.
However, inbound calls on our bandwidth DID’s only have one way audio. They can hear us, but we cannot hear them.
This is very frustrating because everything else seems to be working fine, however bandwidth holds our primary phone numbers. I’ve tried everything I can find regarding one way audio.
I called bandwidth and they did a trace and said that our traffic is identical (besides a new IP) to the day before.
Does anyone have any suggestions? This is really frustrating!
