We have just installed some phones for a new customer and when they dial out, instead of showing the number on the screen of their phones it says “anonymous:phone-context=unknown”

Has anyone else seen this issue or know how we can resolve it?

Though there are likely other things wrong, setting Send RPID to No for the extension may fix it.

If you still have trouble, please post phone make/model, whether pjsip or chan_sip, any special settings for extension.
