Anonymous Call Transfer

Hello all - Today one of my users seems to have come across an issue that I’ve never encountered before and no one else at their company has reported.

When she received a call from a caller with anonymous or no caller ID, her phone does not give her the option to transfer the call. The XFer and BxFer disappear from the phone.

Bit of technical info:

Phones are Cisco SPA303 running firmware 7.5.6.
FreePBX is version 5.211.65-16
