I setup my FreePBX 17 as PBX in restaurant and hotel. Generally, hotline is in polish language but I need english language too. So - on the first IVR I give possibility to change langauge with standard recording: “For english press zero”. After that, caller is redirected to english IVR. On this IVR you can choose between connection with restaurant and hotel. If you select a restaurant, caller should receive a set of messages: about reservations and about garden - open or close. I configured to that Call Flow Control. Restaurant staff could use the button with BLF to lock or unlock reservations. But I have a problem with configuration with two language. How to play recording in english depending of Call Flow Control Toggle status? I want to change status using only one feature code *281. But it is important to change announcement in polish and in english (meaning: polish announcement and english announcement need to be changed using one button on telephone and this announcement have to have same status (ON/OFF)).
Do you have any ideas?
